BCM&T Co. cutting boards are hand made. From the finely shaped handle & the unique functional shape to the signature carved detail, no two boards are quite alike. These heavy duty boards are durable and meant to stand up to heavy use. Each is cut from a single piece of wood. . . this means no glue seams. The boards are produced in small lots that maximize material and minimize waste, this means that dimensions and wood types may vary depending on availability.
We use only domestic hardwoods that are sustainably harvested, & choose woods whose natural character lends itself to becoming a great cutting surface that will last for generations. Each BCM&T Co. board comes tempered and prefinished with with our own cutting board oil. Our belief is, if our boards are used often and taken care of properly - the more beautiful and uniquely personal they will become.
